Return Policy

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

The product(s) must be returned in its original condition as received.  There is a 25% restocking fee for incorrectly ordered product(s). Please call customer service at 281.482.1714 or email sales@control3.com with any further questions.

WARRANTY:

Control Company warrants all products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option. Control Company’s sole responsibility and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of the purchase of any product from Control Company is the repair or replacement of that product. In no event; 1) shall the cost of this exclusive remedy exceed the purchase price; 2) shall Control Company be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, regardless of whether attributable to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. This warranty does not apply to calibration, damaged units, supplies, or batteries. Each of these terms and conditions are independent.

Please fill out the form here and print. To ensure timely processing, enclose this form in the box with the item(s) being sent. Without this sheet or identifying information, we will not know what to do with your device(s). You may use the second page as a shipping label.

When returning your item, all shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes and fees are to be paid by the customer

Once received, our Service Department will perform an evaluation; you will then receive an estimate of charges for the service and/or calibration you requested for your approval. The evaluation is free and typically takes two (2) business days. Payment terms for service are: VISA/Mastercard/American Express, PayPal, or check in advance,

For customers outside the United States, international payment terms will be emailed and/or faxed following the evaluation.

Note: In tolerance limits are equal to the manufacturer’s accuracy specification with no reduction by the uncertainty of the measurement.
